CE Kiff offers two levels of Service Coverage to our Customers on the Automatic Delivery Plan: Our Parts and Labor Coverage that includes the cost of all parts and labor and Our Labor Coverage that covers the cost of Labor only.
Emergency services are also available to all existing and any new customers, but keep in mind if you have a contract some or all of the cost will be covered 100%.
Parts and Labor Coverage
This plan offers you coverage of both the labor and parts of the listed components on the contract should a repair be necessary. An annual tune-up and inspection, as well as the labor, performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00pm) is included with this plan. Also included is labor after normal business hours for a no-heat emergency during the period October 15 – May 15. Please see the C.E. Kiff Service Contract for specific details. You are covered even after business hours. In the event of a problem with your heating system all you have to do is call our office at 607-746-2224 or 800-454-3380 and we will dispatch a service technician to repair your problem.

Labor Coverage
This plan is a good choice if your equipment is new and the parts are covered under a manufacturers’ warranty. This plan covers 100% of the labor costs, but not the component in the event a repair is necessary. Annual Tune-Up and Inspection
An annual tune-up is included in both Coverage Plans and helps make sure that your equipment is in good operating condition. We replace filters, nozzles, and similar items that often can present problems if not changed annually. The service technicians then clean and inspect all necessary components for safety and proper function. It is during this process that many unsafe furnaces are “Red-Flagged” and the homeowner is notified that a problem exists. We are concerned about your family’s safety and we do not take this lightly, if there is a safety issue we will inform you.
